Michael Webb founded H-Minus around a simple realization: healthcare can approve the right care and still fail to get a patient there.
That insight became personal after his family experienced the complexity of coordinating travel and support around serious medical care. It also reflected a problem Michael had seen throughout more than 15 years leading across specialty pharmacy, life sciences, patient access, and healthcare technology: the infrastructure surrounding care has not kept pace with the care itself.
H-Minus is the result—a company built to bring structure, intelligence, and accountability to the critical work that happens between care approval and care completion.
Michael is also a U.S. Army officer and Adjunct Professor of Management & Entrepreneurship at The Citadel Baker School of Business. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from Miami University.
